At High-School or During Preparatory Classes

Thanks to the partnership with the organization Frateli and their ‘godparents to help you succeed at HEC’ scheme, state-scholarship holders are given a helping hand during the two years of their preparatory classes from volunteering HEC graduates.The Foundation also provides them with tailor-made academic guidance given by student volunteers from HEC Paris.

The organization Frateli campaigns all over France to promote higher-education and preparatory classes to high-school pupils.

General pathway

The HEC Foundation offers deserving state-scholarship holders* (scholarships from CROUS based on social criteria) funding to better equip them in passing the competitive entrance exams: 14 public and private establishments of which 7 are from the region Pierre de Fermat in Toulouse (31), Chateaubriand in Rennes (35), Saint Jean in Douai (59),  Kleber in Strasbourg (67), Lycée du Parc in Lyon (69), Sainte Marie in Lyon (69), Ampére in Lyon (69), Notre-Dame de Grandchamp in Versailles (78), Sainte Geneviève in Versailles (78), Saint Louis in Paris (75), Louis le Grand in Paris (75), Henri IV in Paris (75), Saint Louis de Gonzague in Paris (75), Danielou in Rueil (92).

  • 79 beneficiary students in 2015-2016
  • 14 public and private establishments of which 7 are from the region

Technology pathway

The HEC Foundation offers funding for deserving state-scholarship holders* (scholarships from CROUS based on social criteria) from underprivileged backgrounds who are following a technology pathway as part of their preparatory classes. 3 schools are a part of this scheme: Henri Moissan in Meaux (77), Olympe de Gouges in Noisy-le-Sec (77), Michelet in Vanves (92).

  • 47 beneficiary students in 2015-2016
  • 3 schools near Paris are part of this scheme
